1. How long have you been using NBE?
I started in my early 20's so just about 10 years, although not consistently. Usually I tried something
for a period of time and for different reasons - equipment break down, rashes, etc. had to discontinue.
2. Are you still using NBE?
Yes - I found a method that seems to be most convenient, inexpensive and effective so I have started my
bigger breast quest again.
3. Did you lose and of the growth you obtained from NBE?
No - I started out at 31.5" around the bust and am currently 37". After I hit 35.5"/36" around the
bust I did gain weight so some of the growth is attributed to that.
4. Do you have before and after pictures?
Yes - they are posted on two great online forums, one which I am a moderator of and the other a member of.
In addition there are several before and afters of other members you can view. The ebook contains direct links to these
forums but you will have to become a member to view them. It's easy and it's free.
I did not include the actual pictures in my book as they are the property of the owners. You do have
their permission to view them online, though. I think you will find them very impressive.
5. What other information does this ebook include?
The book also includes direct links to helpful articles on NBE, a easy-to-use comparison chart of NBE methods
including Brava, Bosom Beauty 2012, and Noogleberry (including a step by step guide to cleaning, care, and proper use of the
Brava). There is a chapter on enhancing your breasts with massage and herbs, instructions how to do and benefit from
chest exercises, and more.

Hi Sandy and thanks for your question. Many women, especially women just starting out their NBE regime
get overwhelmed by all the information out there, and that includes through forums. Many forums have been around a while
and are so packed with info, ladies don't know where to start. Members often get frustrated answering the same questions
over and over and direct the new member to the archives to search out the answer.
This book gives you an easy to read starting point and answers common questions and concerns so you don't
have to search and scroll through hundreds of questions. In addition, I offer personal email support, so that if you
don't find what you're looking for I am here to help.
The main purpose of the book is to tell you what works and what doesn't, and help you determine what will
be best for you. Many people on the forums are in your shoes, just starting out so you all have to wait and see what
happens. I have done it and seen it and want to tell you about my experience so you can decide beforehand if it's right
for you.

No. If you read the book you will see that I provide an objectional opinion on each of the methods,
based on my experience. Some are better than others, but I do not try to push anyone towards a certain product nor are

Yes, although I would still like a bit more. The problem was it took me so long to find the right
method and I wasted a lot of time and money. The other problem was with some methods I just couldn't stay dedicated
and therefore my gains were minimal. Just like anything, you get what you put into it. My breasts were so small
when I started, like nipples on ribs and now I can fill out a small B. I would still like a little more, and the photos
on the forums have inspired me to start again.
